      Avantages

      I was lucky enough to be a part of the People Operations team and got to experience first hand the camaraderie and collaboration that this company exhibits. The CPO, Office Manager, and People Operations Partners work tirelessly to make sure that all employees are taken care of and their questions/concerns are addressed. The teams at Acumera also work so well together and truly function as one unit with one goal. I have no doubts that this company is going to continue growing exponentially and keep doing incredible things!

      Inconvénients

      Some upper level management has a tendency to "talk down" to Talent Acquisition and People Ops Partners, but leaders will usually have direct conversations with those leaders to mitigate issues.

      Avantages

      The NOC team works closely together, and knowledge-sharing is encouraged. Senior analysts and team leads are approachable and always willing to help troubleshoot complex issues. Supervisors are generally supportive and open to feedback. Daily performance reviews/data help keep track of progress and goals.

      Inconvénients

      Repetitive Tasks: Much of the job involves monitoring alerts and following standard procedures.
