This is particularly true because everyone is very generous with both their time and knowledge, meaning we all help each other out if someone needs to get a fresh perspective on a task or wants to discuss something with the team.

The fact that it is such a small team means you cannot hide behind anyone else and have to stand by the work you have done, so there is no space for trying to avoid responsibility. Everyone, from graduates to the CEO have to do a bit of everything, so you might get stuck with some of the more tedious tasks sometimes.
