Avantages

Absolutely nothing I would rather go back to working in fast food than to work here again

Inconvénients

Where to start.. the “boss” of this “company is one of the worst types of people that exist. She bullies her employees and on the first day she had us all write down what our monthly bills were and forced us to show her our personal banking and credit accounts. She also comes to work high and drinks excessively at work functions when even she said alcohol is not supposed to be allowed which is why she had to hide all of the alcohol before she took pictures for LinkedIn. Even on your first week if you don’t sell a certain amount then you are at risk of getting fired, which in my short time there I saw that actually happen, he didn’t even make it a week. There was an employee that was in a “leadership” position that was forced to go an entire week without pay because he didn’t “sell enough” he no longer works there either. There is a 98% turnover rate. Lastly I never got even a cent of my commission. This entire company is a scam and I make sure to tell everyone to stay away.

Avantages

Amazing company culture. Very supportive in business and life decisions. Honest and upfront feedback with support. This job makes you learn to prioritize time and manage yourself in a professional manner.

Inconvénients

If you don’t have acceptable work ethic along with a attitude that benefits the company culture, this isn’t the place for you.

Avantages

1. The Industry is Recession proof. (Employed through the COVID-19 pandemic) 2. The Growth is rapidly increasing every month. 3. New clients & campaigns every quarter. 4. Retail marketing face to face is the most effective style of marketing . Charleston has a growing population so new acquired customers will allow these clients to have a revolving door of new customers & unlimited amounts of growth. 5. The clients are the top of the line! 6. Super Positive & fun work environment, lets do more team nights! 7. Lots of room for new leadership! 8. Fast pace advancement with no seniority, low office politics. 9. THE INTERVIEW PROCESS: 3 rounds, very transparent, & they are very informative so before you make a career decision you are educated on what they do! Hopefully this helped you all out! Good luck on your interview! I love it!

Inconvénients

1. If you are not looking to help a company grow, the employee mindset doesn't fit well in this model. 2. If you are not good with technology this is probably not a good fit for you. 3. If you don't have a business/entrepreneur mindset this position most likely isn't something you would excel at. 4. If you are not competitive or good at motivating yourself, the industry will move forward without you. Hop my tips help you all!
