      If you work hard you are rewarded and if you are in the "cool" crowd you are also included in a lot

      Inconvénients

      They are hiring all new grads and pushing the tenured people out. It used to be a very cohesive environment but gradually it has become more and more cut throat. They used to genuinely care about the employees but now it is all about the numbers
