Avantages
Tried to read some of the negative reviews, but couldn't really get it. Seems to be from guys who havent seen outside world and are complaining about minor issues or what is otherwise standard industry practice in India. I have joined as lateral candidate and have so far worked with 4 other IT companies in Pune area during my career. Personally I have found the stuff quite decent over here. Salary wise, it is hard to generalize, but I had 5 offers from other companies. Addnode was the second-highest (there was a difference compared to the top offer, but I decided to join anyways because the other place was offering work in a legacy technology and also I didn't get to interview with the counterparts directly, which Addnode offered in its recruitment process). The recruitment and on-boarding process was mature and felt personal. In most of the top good companies these days you get to see these things but less common in mid-size or small ones, so +1 for that over here. At all times I got good insights on the company and the project I am going to work on. Also the comapny recently made announcements on soft-start and also declared its long-term plan of hybrid work-from-home policy once vaccine is out in summer, citing employee work-life balance. I think very few, if any, service sector companies in India have made such annoncements (more common to see this from global product leading cos.)
Inconvénients
So far I am enjoying my experience and there is nothing to indicate that it will go down (fingers crosed). I will likely come back with another updated review after a year or so.
