Attentive to things you need to prep for job interviews. Ramesh Nair has not only become a vital networking partner but has truly become my friend. He was in communication every day about status of interviews and possible positions for hire. He gave me the confidence, knowledge and tips to not only pass all my interviews but to get hired with a great position as Triage/Bisect Specialist with Facebook. Even after being hired, we remain in touch through social media and text. One of the nicest people I've met and all of Aditi's staff treated me this way. Mindy Coats has been a great resource throughout all of my Onboarding, benefit, and HR questions. Irfan Shaik was another important contact through Aditi. Just always nice to have a pleasant conversation with people that care about you.
Inconvénients
Only bad thing is that Aditi could not stay contracted with Facebook. I decided to leave only because I still wanted to continue my journey with Facebook.
