      Avantages

      A great group of people to work under, the ambition of the company was inspiring. Ability to learn lots of new skills in a short time, respect for your own abilities and skills

      Inconvénients

      As the company was still in start up mode when I joined, it was uncertain what money was available for new projects, and I didn't feel fully secure in my position

      This is a start with an interesting product! Some pros: -4 Day Work Week -Good Benefits -Helpful teammates

      Inconvénients

      The company is still growing so certain procedures as not concrete.

      Avantages

      Full of amazing people that really want the best for their customers, team, and everyone involved. Many people willing to help and listen even if it's outside their work umbrella.

      Inconvénients

      With things in flux sometimes people are lost between the cracks in various ways. Not real great with dealing with thoughts and ideas outside of the area management is trying to put momentum, and that can lead to people ending up in the cracks.
