      Avantages

      Adstream has some great products that every ad agency, newspaper or tv station can use. Great potential for company growth especially in new markets.

      Inconvénients

      All the good, hardworking staff and managers are gone. Existing employees are paid more for work they actually do not do. The CEO does not know anything about technology and has no interest in company success.

      Avantages

      Decent pay, good benefits, good and hard working people, approachable management, good work life balance.

      Inconvénients

      No room to move up within the company, raises are about 25 cents a year.

      Avantages

      - Every knows how to work and laugh throughout the day - Everyone acts as team here - Communication is relied upon heavily here and everyone does it well.

      Inconvénients

      I haven't been here long enough to bring up any cons but in the time I've been here, I have no real cons as of yet. I mean long periods of sitting is always a con but you're not constrained to sitting all day so it works out.
