      Avantages

      Great people to work with Lots of room for advancement New projects and lines of business always happening Heavy focus on taking care of the patient Always growing and beating expectations which means room for advancement

      Inconvénients

      Parent company (Omnicare) lacks proper communication Salary structure could be better (sadly, inline with local industry) Health plans could be better for a healthcare company Human Resources could be a bit more responsive Micromanaging hourly employee time

      Avantages

      Great salary and commission plus good amount of days off for sick leave and vacation.

      Inconvénients

      If you do not perform well you will be fired. So just be a superstar and they will not bother you.

      Avantages

      Everyone was friendly and willing to share information freely, it was not "competitive" it was "inclusive" where your Leaders and Peers all wanted one another to succeed.

      Inconvénients

      The Management and Co-Workers are outstanding individuals; as a Company the offerings in terms of Health Insurance and Benefits were not realistic with others in the market. I would return if an opening became available - however when I worked there in 2017 the benefits were the most sub-par I have seen in my career.
