Fun people to work with - good team of engineers and support staff. Lots of tenured employees. Lots of job security if you're in the core.

Business not growing. Lopsided with too many engineers, not enough business leaders. Overshooting with complex design and functionality when customer doesn't need it. No market research. Lacking strong leadership.
