Avantages
The only pros would be to say this was a consistent place of work with stable pay. The issue is even though I am salaried if I don’t meet a minimum of 40 hours I don’t get my full pay and if I go over I still only get paid by base salary (Just under 50k/yr)
Inconvénients
Everything. Crappy work conditions, Lab manager previews to hire people of a certain “look”, and crazy work conditions. Overtime is required to get the job done most weeks, wish I got something from it. As many other reviews have said before, there are constantly solvents and waste everywhere. While there are spots for these chemicals, they often crowd the workstation, making things unsafe even in the best of conditions. Even the clients are rude to the staff and I and management does absolutely nothing about it to protect us.
