      Avantages

      partnered with some of the top VC firms and worked on some really interesting capital raises. Involved in numerous disruptive technologies

      Inconvénients

      the sr. management is potentially on the verge of criminal activity in regards to how they distribute information and advise their clients. Management is street smart, but clearly lack the ability to run a VC firm/investment bank or whatever it is they want to call themselves.

      The company provides access to private investment opportunities backed by some of Silicon Valley's most high profile venture capital firms.

      Inconvénients

      Only way to succeed there is if you have an existing book of business or if you know "money" and are able to raise capital from high net worth individuals.
