The company and leadership team are amazing! They encourage out side of the box thinking, listen and support the entire team. The company has grown to serve SNF & ALF in MN, TN, AZ, CO, FL & WI.

I do not have any cons at this time. Only wonderful things to say.

Good pay but pay doesn’t buy happiness here

This company will eat you up and spit you out! They basically brainwash you into thinking it’s a place to grow with teamwork and positive relationships, but it’s all a coax! It’s ran by a select few who play favoritism to current “leaders” who claim they are excelled above others which is far from the actual truth if anyone outside of their circle ever criticized their work. Run away before you get sucked in because once you get out of it on the other side, you will see so much more clearly of how brainwashed this company is to their employees.
