Avantages
Good learning since team will be be small and you are forced to do all works. From devops to testing
Inconvénients
1. Work life balance is a myth. Forced to work 14+ hours a day 2. Very less pay for experienced. 3. High job insecurity will be fired in any day. 4. You cannot make the management to understand the point you have. 5. They believe in hiring Interns and contract employees than full time employee. Because intern and contract employees can be fired easily. 6. Very low pay scale. Hike is miracle. 7. Deduct salary for even on day leave.
