Teams generally help each other and maintain a positive daily atmosphere. 4. Compensation tends to align with seniority, which keeps things relatively consistent.

      Inconvénients

      1. Upper management often creates a toxic and high-pressure atmosphere, with expectations that are not always based on realistic planning or actual project needs. 2. There is no structured performance evaluation process. No annual or bi-annual reviews, no clear goals, and no documented growth paths. 3. Feedback is given irregularly and usually not through any formal framework. 4. During project peaks, pressure increases significantly without proportional support or proper planning

      - Great environment, new premises, good working conditions. They provide all the necessary tools to work (hardware and software). - Friendly people, good co-operation between colleagues and respectful employers. - Interesting product. Continuous internal improvement of the company, its processes and its product. - Good and dedicated professionals.

Concerning methodologies & practices, we apply those that have proven to be most effective for our type of work & organization. However, since we evolve as we continue to grow, I am certain that all options are always considered, given possible changes of circumstances.
