Avantages
I love working at ADVISA! From the people and culture to the work itself, being a part of the A-Team has been amazing so far. Every team member is a high-performer with a desire to deliver excellent work and continually raise the bar. In that, everyone wants to help other team members be their best. People offer their time, feedback, and advice to help others improve their performance. There is a lot of collaboration and cross-functional work as well, so it's great being able to interact with a lot of different team members and contribute to the organization's goals in a variety of ways.
Inconvénients
Not really a con, just something to be aware of. Because we are always looking to improve, there can be a lot of change. Now it's not simply change for the sake of change - it is so we can continue to be a trusted partner to our clients, and deliver excellent work. So be aware that there can be some ambiguity, which takes discipline and time to manage effectively.
