Inconvénients
Expectations and priorities kept shifting, and it was never really clear how success was being measured. Most inbound calls were complaints, not real sales conversations, which wasn’t disclosed upfront. Management felt unprofessional at times, and because most of the “team” seemed to be third-party or outsourced, no one really had clear answers or ownership. Completely disorganized and operates and treats employees like churn and burn.
