      Avantages

      The pay was decent for a broker but I didn't receive a raise in 3 1/2 years. I enjoyed my co-workers and team members. The clients we represented were mostly enjoyable to work with as well. Flexible work schedule and home office. The company started a bonus program based on achieving a sales budget.

      Inconvénients

      No room for advancement. The company doesn't bother trying to retain good associates. No raises.

      Great work culture. Very flexible environment. Upper management is always approachable and respectful.

      Could have more professional development courses to improve employee function.
