      1) The working day before the month is the salary day.

      Inconvénients

      You will only get promoted if you are from a Wipro, Tech M, or WNS-like BPO background. Otherwise, you will need to work like labor until your retirement. This implies no promotions at all. Internal Job Postings (IJPs) are merely for show. If you are from a convent or BPO, you will prefer a very good company to receive salary hikes, especially for those with little experience in BPO. However, it is very bad for old employees, especially those who have been working for 18 to 20 years. No locals are preferred.

      There are some long time employees, from across the org, that were pretty good on a personal level.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership is sooo out of touch, it is not even funny. CEO constantly talks about AI, but doesn't have a clue, they struggle to even build a data repository to capture user and campaign data - so nothing in terms of insights from the last 20+ years in the marketing industry. So no data science... no real AI value. Pretty much everything is outsourced, from ops and creative services to offshore resources (which is fine, some good IC's in Pune and Cebu), to even their user interface which is built by their competitors. They literally have little to no proprietary technology of value. Everything is manual or out of date software. High turnover - low morale. Hire and Fire resources that could not fix their dumpster fire of a company, plus a lot of the sales org is now jumping ship.
