      Avantages

      I've had an excellent experience at AffinityX. The work environment is supportive, and leadership is genuinely invested in employee growth. There’s a strong emphasis on collaboration and innovation, and I’ve felt valued from day one.       Avantages

      There are some long time employees, from across the org, that were pretty good on a personal level.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership is sooo out of touch, it is not even funny. CEO constantly talks about AI, but doesn't have a clue, they struggle to even build a data repository to capture user and campaign data - so nothing in terms of insights from the last 20+ years in the marketing industry. So no data science... no real AI value. Pretty much everything is outsourced, from ops and creative services to offshore resources (which is fine, some good IC's in Pune and Cebu), to even their user interface which is built by their competitors. They literally have little to no proprietary technology of value. Everything is manual or out of date software. High turnover - low morale. Hire and Fire resources that could not fix their dumpster fire of a company, plus a lot of the sales org is now jumping ship.
