      Avantages

      Mostly decent hearted people. Slow changes if you like stability. Company got bought out recently so that might be good. Conservative company for those who value that. I had a good supervisor.

      Inconvénients

      Poor culture and leadership. Heavy cost reduction drained resources leading up to company sale. Performance raises were small and were spread evenly rather than on merit.

      Avantages

      We are now no longer owned by large scale group and allows us to be more nibble. Ability to start investing in our core business instead of the larger corporation.

      Inconvénients

      Turnover has been high, we have been handcuffed over the years, rep groups shifting to multi-brand product offering reducing share of markets
