Avantages

I worked as a FortiGate Tier 2 Tech at Airespring since November 2023, and it was truly a remarkable experience. Every month, we had a company-wide meeting with Avi, our CEO, where he shared detailed team statistics, celebrated achievements, and personally recognized employees who earned certifications—many of which were financed by Airespring. What stood out to me most was the culture of support within the company. Every individual is encouraged, guided, and given the best possible solutions to succeed. The leadership’s commitment to fostering growth and acknowledging hard work is unparalleled. It’s rare to see a CEO personally engage with employees on a regular basis and actively highlight their accomplishments. This level of transparency and encouragement makes Airespring a truly exceptional place to work. I wish Airespring continued success and encourage them to keep up the great work!

Avantages

AireSpring offers a stable work environment with clearly defined policies and procedures, which makes it easy to know what's expected and how to navigate your role. As a Project Manager, I had all the tools I needed right at my fingertips—everything from project tracking platforms to internal support systems was well thought out and efficient. One of the best parts of working at AireSpring is the management team. My direct managers were incredibly supportive and truly invested in my success. There’s a strong culture of mentorship and open-door communication, which made a big difference in my growth. I also appreciated the on-site training when I started—it gave me a solid foundation and a great introduction to the company culture. Plus, the flexibility to work from home is a huge bonus, and it’s clear that leadership trusts employees to do their jobs well. Perhaps most importantly, AireSpring takes really good care of its customers, which makes it easy to be proud of the work you’re doing. The company genuinely values long-term relationships and delivering quality service.

Inconvénients

Cons: Like many fast-paced environments, things can get busy and priorities can shift quickly. You’ll need to be adaptable and stay on top of communications to succeed.
