      remote work is pretty guaranteed

      bottom tier corporate decision making, consistently doing the wrong thing expensive and low value medical benefits not a strong industry stakeholder

      Avantages

      Communication, mentorship, and a great team are all great aspects about working here. Personally, my favorite thing is the flexibility- I really appreciate knowing that I can take a midday appointment or pick up my kid from school when I need to. The unlimited PTO is also a huge plus.

      Inconvénients

      It’s a quickly growing company, so naturally that comes with some growing pains. But on the same note, leadership has really put in the work to make sure things go smoother with each “growth spurt” we have.
