      Avantages

      Easy going, Flexible with a get it done attitude, Management are available and easy to approach, open minded to new ideas and new ways of working.

      Inconvénients

      A little disorganized and have not implemented the best infrastructure for there own company even though the employees are nearly all IT specialists. Personal growth is related more to the company you consult in than the company itself.
