Really helpful team. Everybody backs you up.
Inconvénients
You are basically working for the owner himself. Its him after everything. Customers is probably tertiary. Kind of like hereditary management excluding owner so pretty much if one of them dont like you, then the whole of them dont like you.
Dont expect any salary hikes.
Also forget your family. work is primary.
