      Avantages

      Less stressful than other chains, patient based over stressing metrics. Less micromanaging than other chains

      Inconvénients

      Pto is not accrued for hourly employees but given in lump sums. Raises are far and few between. Pay is below average for the area.

      Avantages

      fairly consistent hours, less in the summer & more during "flu season" (fall/winter). When Pharmacy Tech gets certified to give flu and covid immunizations it results in $2.50 - $5.00 an hour bonus pay.

      Inconvénients

      Employee break room (where we are to have our meal break) ALWAYS VERY SCRUFFY/dirty. I recently learned that the "top pay level" for CPhT's maxes out after 3.5 years. Food & gas prices are NOT maxing out & ALL employees salaries need a cost of living raise yearly to keep up.
