Avantages

Its a great job for people that need flexible work to work around their childcare and those that aren't looking to grow in terms of a job

Inconvénients

Theres no career, no perks other than flexible working. If you show that you want to grow and progress they are very dismissive of this and will actively put you down.

Avantages

Some friendly staff. Excellent service provider and working there makes you feel like you really do make a difference in peoples lives.

Inconvénients

Not enough room to progress further into the company. Managers don't seem to be qualified to be managers, can become toxic and 'cliquey' within the company due to there being more than one site to work at.
