EVERYTHING! Terrible pay for the amount of work you do. They have nothing better to do then read your Teams chats, monitor your calls, and watch your screens. Leads are a joke and extremely unhelpful. They barely know their own job so I have no idea how they became leads. We’re constantly having us help other departments when we had our own heavy workload to do. Dumping ground for issues. Terrible network or doctors. Members were constant crying and yelling because they couldn’t get the help they needed. Whole place is a headache.
