      Highly impactful work / great opportunities for personal growth / intellectually stimulating projects, peers & management / noticeable effort to create a pleasant and positive working atmosphere despite partially challenging project setups that include tight timelines and very high stakes

      Inconvénients

      As in all consulting, there is travel, and you have to like working under a certain degree of time pressure

      - Long hours / heavy travel depending on the type of project (consistent with most consulting firms)

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Inconvénients

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
