      Avantages

      Managers are supporting. Encourage innovation. Good work culture for people from different backgrounds. Variety of learning avenues are available.

      Inconvénients

      Chances of promotion are very small. The promotion seems to be based more on seniority rather than talent. Lack of good decision making management. Often leads into chaos and results are procrastinated.
