      Small organisation and thus promotion not always possible but internal promotion can and does happen!

      Avantages

      Everyone who works there is lovely and very supportive.

      Inconvénients

      - Not flexible with working hours - Offices are very old-fashioned and don't feel very clean - Have to bring your own tea & coffee to work - Salary isn't great - No room for progression
