      Good pay, good benefits, as many hours as you want. Unique property that offers different learning experiences from most places.

      Inconvénients

      Relatively toxic management, especially the higher up you go in the company. Inconsistent, absent, and misleading practices.

      Family owned and operated. Pretty place to work. Always let you take your time off. Amazing Spa Director. Small team feels like family.

      Inconvénients

      Upward mobility from Manager on Duty is difficult considering senior management has been around forever.
