Avantages
Only Pros is table tennis board. housekeeping (that too not their but rented). Pros is they hire without any proper selection procedure and then they find their own decision wrong. Interviewers themselves are not capable enough so good for easy entry.
Inconvénients
No work culture, Seniors ask for treat and party from salary otherwise they will create problem for you. COOs want Yes sir/Yes Mam people. There are salary problems. There are no HR processes at all. We need run for paychecks and salary slips. Very volatile environment. U do not get good drinking water. People are fired without any notice given and they do not pay 1 month salary extra for those who are fired. This does not look like an organization. In some cases people have joined without any offer letter.
