My manager and the owner are always open to listening to what employees have to say and if you go to them with an issue they will gladly and quickly resolve it. On top of that, this is an incredibly fun company to work for. Alpha Video is constantly hosting events and games for employees to help keep morale up. I couldn't ask for a better company or for better people to work with!

Other than the fact that Minnesota is cold and it can be hard to get to work in the winter, I have no complaints.

The owner is unethical and instructs his management team to give negative reviews in an effort to not give out raises. Also, the audiovisual team is the lowest priority for the company.
