      One of the most amazing ministry tools for sharing the Gospel. Loved the people I worked for.

      Avantages

      Wonderful to be side by side with talented people who have chosen to work for a higher goal and hear amazing testimonies of those who's lives have been changed for eternity

      Inconvénients

      Employees are asked to do more work with fewer resources. Poor organizational planning. Economically affected - when the economy is in trouble, head count is reduced and pay cuts can happen.
