Our interview process is specifically designed to give our candidates a comprehensive understanding of what our opportunities entail. We believe that our three-stage interview process helps our candidates decide if they will be suitable for one of our opportunities. Our commission structure allows our contractors to gain uncapped earnings, which we consider to be a positive and is a feature that many of our professionals have used to their advantage. We take great pride in creating a positive and nurturing environment for our contractors and we are delighted that we have been able to help hundreds of young professionals fulfil their goals. We in no way make false claims to any of our contractors and offer them all of the support and mentoring they require to be successful in the industry. We would also like to clarify that as our contractors all operate under self-employed basis, we are in no position to stipulate their working hours and we also do not "expect them to spend more time in the office to go up the ranks."
