      The benefits (especially the health care) were excellent. Kept pace with the industry.

      Employee experiences varied widely across branches. Some were run well with warmth and good leadership. Others were on the opposite end of the spectrum.

      Strong, stable company that cares. You get what you put in.

      Inconvénients

      The position is tough and requires immense multi-tasking capabilities. But if you stick with it, it gets easier over time.
