      If you don't help management make there bouns while you get nothing they will plot to get rid of you, no matter how good of a worker you are

      Paid holidays are the only pro

      Inconvénients

      Favoritism, no teamwork within departments, no room for growth, toxic culture environment, horrible management, HR is biased because she’s also office manager which is a conflict of interest.
