      Avantages

      - Co-workers are some of the brightest. - Hourly-based employment allows for higher pay if willing to work. - Enjoyed the projects I was assigned. - Kitchen/food was great before COVID-19.

      Inconvénients

      - Blindsided by a layoff due to primary contract pulling back investment. - Majority of the business comes from one company. - Upper management changed too often; too much overhead. - Lack of coding standards and documentation.

      it was really interesting to solve challenging technical problems with the projects and big plus side was amazing co workers.

      there was major misalignment between sales and delivery
