before you read reviews please know that employers of this company are making there own reviews....that should one be a red flag....dicern with all youve got!!...management is a complete joke from the top to the bottom. most bosses are scared of the plant manager whether they want to admit it or not and because of that the truth never get told to him and there for he is looking through a bunch of smoke and mirrors and the end result is bad descisions. cant blame anyone but him though...watch out for people that will step on your neck to get ahead...they spend a load of money to figure out ways of increasing production when the problem is staring them right in the face...some line managers favors other employs than others for whatever reason...greed has overtaken and therefore they take on more work than the shop can actually handle which is going to bite them in the you know where later...they tell you they are always in the red and they may have to close the doors to the plant when later you hear from the owner himself of reports of a record breakin year...the union leaders are in cahoots and are bold face liars....they do not do there job at all and infact side with the company on issues they shouldnt ...parts are never right.......prints are sometimes wrong....quaility is a joke because its up or down by which way the wind is blowing that day...they refuse to buy tools when they are suppose to provide for them...grinding disc, nuts, bolts,weld tips etc....pretty much anything you need besides fabbed parts are scattered all over the shop so you have to go around the world just to do your job...one of the seven types of waste is movement and this gets overlooked daily....unsafe work enviroment bodies are constantly in walk ways parts are hanging off shears which could cause injury....the bathrooms are unsanitary....the toilets constantly having problems with flooding issues...disgusting toilet water all over the floor.......leaks in roof all over shop leaking on your welder at times cause your wire to rust and then causing prosity in your welds....they way they do time studies is a complete joke....there is more im sure....bottom line is....managment doesnt care about you the worker....most of the stress there is unescessary...because proper mangement could solve most of the issues....the bottom line could be achieved if there was a strict overhaul of management...hr also lied to me and told me that a posistion had been filled that i applied for....only to find it wasnt and there wasa 5 posistions over that needed filling....i have two years in hydraulic experience and they lied to me told me the job had been filled and the posting of the job is for entry level techs...
