Performance reviews are not done properly, no second level reviews. Its Up to manager what ever he conveys to senior management

In recent years, the stock price and revenues has been a reason for concern (Govt foreclosure restrictions/moratoriums took a serious toll) but it appears Mgmnt is turning things around.
In the PAST, layoffs would come unexpectedly which was a bit jarring.
Overworked with crazy hours. Had team members in Luxembourg, Uruguay, and India. Having direct reports in India meant I had to be available during hours that were the exact opposite of those in my time zone.
