      Helpful, co-operative work colleagues who are all willing to assist. European HQ and hence a Europe focussed approach. A fully rounded contact centre solution that does what it says.

      Communication could be improved especially between senior management and the rest of the company

      The company was full of experienced people that were really willing to help you and share their knowledge and experience with you. Really enjoyed the culture there.

      Inconvénients

      It was an somehow old-fashioned company with lots of bad habits and bad structure.
