      - Performance reviews based on second or third-hand comments without verification. - Long hours. - Bad work/life balance. - Very unprofessional. - Coworkers and management call employees out in company meetings. - No training.

      Avantages

      Some very talented people with experience and good processes for building apps.

      Inconvénients

      A very small company who's management doesn't want to handle situations in the right way. When releases are made sometimes asks to work late. Since I was a contractor, I didn't care, but felt sorry for the FT employees. As another review stated, it has a bad work/life balance.
