Working at Alvita was frustrating. There is very little training and almost no real onboarding. You are expected to just figure things out on your own.
Communication is poor and constantly changing. Expectations are unclear, and when things go wrong, employees are blamed instead of supported. Management does not seem organized or on the same page.
The company talks about being premium, but the way employees are treated does not match that image. Concerns are brushed off, and there is little room for growth.
I would not recommend working here.
