      Avantages

      Great culture, atmosphere, people. Always challenging but never stressfully so. Wealth of knowledge to call on for every situation and requirement, and continual growth.

      Fairly easy to get the job. Good training

      Inconvénients

      Loads of pressure to meet KPIs Management attitude towards helpdesk staff is condescending. Pays at minimum legal wage.
