      Avantages

      Daily Schedule is very flexible. even if something comes up, the boss is usually pretty willing to allow you to take care of the situation. Paid Holidays, 401k contribution

      Inconvénients

      certain positions don't seem to get a raise or training to help with the task. If you take lunch on the job site or in the office, don't expect to enjoy your lunch; you will get interrupted.
