      None. This company is a farce as are the comments about the environment. My hope that anybody sees this before applying BARELY outweigh my fear of retaliation. DO. NOT. BE. FOOLED. This is an inch above slave labor.

      Inconvénients

      I would hate to see any "family" that treats each other the way these so called leaders treat those who report to them. Your clearly doctored reviews and utterly fake feelings towards your "family" clearly don't when show calling the location a "Cash Cow" and then paying barely livable wages.

      While we address issues raised by current, as well as prior employees, it is difficult for us to do so when generalities are posted to an online forum. Anacomp has several processes to escalate any issues that may arise between an employee and their manager. We would encourage you to contact HR at 760-666-4541 to discuss the issues in more detail. We realize this is a difficult job. It’s made more difficult by meeting production Level SLA's daily for our customers, both in quantity as well as quality. The management team in St. Louis is committed to building a successful team that can continue to grow with the Company, so please contact HR.
