      None! Work here at own discretion if desperate

      Inconvénients

      Dishonest to employees, springs life changing sistuatuons on employees last minute such as (pay cuts) the company also has many lay offs, Fire you without explanation, promises you promotion you will never get! Along with overworking you! This company does not offer raises! And doesn’t give 2cents about their employees

      Anacomp is a company who believes in open communication with all their employees. As a current full-time (Anacomp does not offer part-time positions in our St. Louis location) employee, you are probably aware that we are in process of a massive expansion in our St Louis office adding over 150 new positions, including new management positions some of which have been promotions from within, so I am unsure of many of your comments.
