      Avantages

      The best reasons to work for Anacomp are the people. I have enjoyed most everyone I've worked with and everyone is very respectful and thoughtful towards everyone else. I have an amazing, intelligent boss and my co-workers are very helpful and great team members. The projects are challenging and I enjoy coming to work everyday.

      Inconvénients

      It would be nice if the benefits package were a little less expensive, however it is nice to have the benefits we do have and they aren't priced unreasonably. The current timeclock system is poor but it is being changed out, so soon this will hopefully become a pro.

      Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We agree the new people joining Anacomp are the main reason for our added growth and development. Anacomp is also working on employee development to instigate positive changes to organizational performance.
