Toxic environment. Used to be a good place to work - Avis employé Maintenance Technician Analog Devices

I worked in manufacturing. The operators are unionised but management will string new staff along with 6 month contracts for up to 4 years so alot of uncertainty for these people. The maintenance group work on some nasty chemicals and toxic gases with very little training on tasks. The maintenance manager is a bully The process engineers are expected to be on 24 hr call to support manufacturing with zero training. Also ignore alot of reviews for this company on this site or similar sites as they are mostly from coop students with limited exposure to the 24 7 side of manufacturing
